Multi AI Summarizer ("we", "our", "the Service") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
When you type a question, it is sent to the AI providers you have selected. If you are not signed in, we do not store your queries or the AI responses after they are delivered to you. If you are signed in, your conversation is saved to your account so you can return to it — see "Saved Chat History".
Creating an account is optional — you can use the default models without signing in. If you choose to sign in (with Google, or with an email address and password), we collect your email address, your display name if you provide one, and the basic authentication data needed to manage your account. Sign-in and account records are handled on our behalf by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see or store your password. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see "Your Rights").
We collect standard server logs that may include your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited, used solely for operational monitoring and security.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it; analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you allow them, and you can accept or reject Analytics and Advertising separately in our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. We use Google AdSense to display advertisements — Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits, and you can opt out at Google Ads Settings. We also use Cloudflare for DNS and CDN, and Google Firebase for sign-in and saved chats; Firebase may set cookies or similar identifiers to keep you signed in.
If you submit a rating or written feedback through our in-app prompt, we store your rating and any comment (linked to your account if you are signed in) to help us improve the Service.
We use information to operate and improve the Service, respond to your queries via third-party AI providers, manage your account if you create one, monitor for abuse, and display relevant advertisements via Google AdSense.
Your queries are forwarded to the AI providers you select, and each has its own privacy policy. Sign-in is provided by Google Firebase. If you ask the Service to generate an image, the resulting prompt is sent to Pollinations.ai, a third-party image-generation service. If you ask the Service to generate audio, the resulting prompt is sent to Replicate, which hosts the audio-generation models. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your queries are processed by the selected AI providers, that image prompts may be processed by Pollinations.ai, that audio prompts may be processed by Replicate, and that any account data is processed by Google Firebase.
We do not retain queries or AI responses from signed-out sessions after they are delivered. If you are signed in, your saved chats are retained until you delete them. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. If you create an account, your account information is kept until you delete it.
If you sign in, your conversations are saved to your account (via Google Firebase / Firestore) so you can access them across sessions and devices. If you use the Service without signing in, your conversations stay only in your browser for that session and are not stored on our servers. You can delete individual chats, clear all saved chats from within the app, or request full account deletion at any time (see "Your Rights").
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
