Multi AI Summarizer ("we", "our", "the Service") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
When you type a question, it is sent to the AI providers you have selected. We do not currently store your queries or the AI responses in any database after they are delivered to you.
Creating an account is optional — you can use the default models without signing in. If you choose to sign in (with Google, or with an email address and password), we collect your email address, your display name if you provide one, and the basic authentication data needed to manage your account. Sign-in and account records are handled on our behalf by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see or store your password. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see "Your Rights").
We collect standard server logs that may include your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited, used solely for operational monitoring and security.
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. You can opt out at Google Ads Settings. We use Cloudflare for DNS and CDN services, and Google Firebase for sign-in. Firebase may set cookies or similar identifiers to keep you signed in.
We use information to operate and improve the Service, respond to your queries via third-party AI providers, manage your account if you create one, monitor for abuse, and display relevant advertisements via Google AdSense.
Your queries are forwarded to the AI providers you select, and each has its own privacy policy. Sign-in is provided by Google Firebase. If you ask the Service to generate an image, the resulting prompt is sent to Pollinations.ai, a third-party image-generation service, to render the picture. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your queries are processed by the selected AI providers, that image prompts may be processed by Pollinations.ai, and that any account data is processed by Google Firebase.
We do not retain your queries or AI responses after they are delivered. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. If you create an account, your account information is kept until you delete it.
The Service does not currently save your conversations to your account. If we introduce saved chat history in the future, it will be optional (opt-in), and this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain exactly what is stored and how to delete it before that feature launches.
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You may request deletion of your account and any personal data we hold by emailing [email protected].
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
